$100 / 4 Week Program

With a personalized program I will write you a customized 4 Week training program that fits your goals & schedule. It will use equipment that you have available along with your preference of session length/frequency.

The best part is when you purchase you will have access to all of the On-Demand workouts & Resources that the subscription based clients do. This means no downtime between when you’re ready to start training & me completing your program! Personalized programs are completed and assigned within 3-5 days of purchase.

App Features also include: Calorie/Macro tracking (via MyFitnessPal or Cronometer), Direct Messaging with me, Exercise, Integration with Apple Watch, and Ability to swap/rearrange workouts!

Train with Me on Playbook: Subscription Based

With a subscription to the Playbook App you will have access to me and thousands of other trainers! I have 8 programs to choose from to include: 4 Week Home Equipment, Strength Builder 1 & 2, 1 Week Full Body, 1 Week Resistance Band, and a 28 Day Core Challenge. Regardless of if you’re training at home, the gym, or on the go, there’s a program for everyone!

Each exercise has a How-to video to ensure you are doing proper form. Tracking and logging your weights takes the guesswork out during your next workout. I also have additional resources to help you with nutrition in my Extras section. These are free with any One-time purchase or Subscription.

Everfit App: Nutrition Coaching

$80 / month

If you're looking to be spoon fed a meal plan to follow, my program is not for you. I believe that people should learn how to read nutrition labels and track their food so that they learn how to eat for their goals. Food should still be enjoyable and not restrictive!

In your free consultation we will go over what your current nutrition looks like, your goals, as well as, calculating your daily calories & macros to reach your goals.

From there you will gain access to my App! With the Everfit App you will be able to sync MyFitnessPal or Cronometer so that I can see your daily food tracking. In the first week we'll see where you're at and build a plan to adjust your intake to meet caloric and protein goals. Week to week I will review your logs and suggest edits or changes to be made to reach our daily targets.
